The short answer: as soon as you have a date and venue in mind. Popular dates, especially spring and autumn weekends, book out 6 to 12 months ahead. That said, if your date is soon, please still reach out. I keep a little room in my calendar for Legals Only ceremonies, provided I have more than a month's notice for the NOIM paperwork.
Everything you need for a beautiful, legally recognised ceremony. There are no surprise add-ons, and I'll give you a clear, all-inclusive quote from the start. Have a look through my packages, then reach out for an information pack and a warm hello.
You each get your own login to the planning portal, on every package except Legals Only. Shared things are shared: where you are in the process (booked, planning, ceremony day), your documents, your appointments and your messages to me. Your own answers stay your own, so the questionnaires you fill in individually and the vows you write are private to you and never visible to your partner. I am the only other person who can see any of it. No lost email threads, and no wondering what comes next!
Absolutely! Personal vows are completely optional, but if you would like to write them, I am here with prompts, examples, and gentle guidance to help the words flow. Your portal has a private space to draft them in, which saves as you type and even tells you how long they'll take to read aloud (most personal vows run 100 to 300 words). Prefer not to write your own? Traditional vows are just as beautiful.
I'm based in Brisbane and happily travel throughout South East Queensland: the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Scenic Rim, Toowoomba, and everywhere in between. If your dream location is a little further afield, just ask. I love a road trip for the right ceremony, and travel beyond the local area is quoted case by case.
