Where I marry couples
I’m based in Brisbane and marry couples right across South East Queensland, from backyards and parks around the city to beaches on the Gold Coast and hinterland views on the Sunshine Coast.
Travel within 50km of the Brisbane CBD is included in my Micro, Elopement and Legals Only ceremonies, and within 100km in the Full Ceremony. Going further? I’ll quote travel up front, so there are no surprises.
Brisbane north & west
The leafy north and west of Brisbane are full of quiet, green places to say I do. Think a backyard under the jacarandas, a local park with plenty of shade, or a garden out towards the hills where your guests can spread out with a picnic rug.
If you would love to marry close to home, with everyone you love just down the road, there are so many beautiful options.
Including The Gap, Ashgrove, Paddington, Bardon, Toowong, Indooroopilly, Kenmore, Brookfield, Samford, Chermside and Sandgate.
Brisbane inner & east
Closer to the city, ceremonies tend to sit by the river, in a park with a view of the skyline, on a rooftop or in a stylish space before a long lunch nearby.
These are the ceremonies where the city becomes part of the backdrop, and your guests can wander straight on to the celebration afterwards.
Including New Farm, Teneriffe, Kangaroo Point, South Brisbane, West End, Bulimba, Hamilton and Ascot.
Bayside & Redlands
Along the bay, it is all about the water. A foreshore park, a jetty at sunset or a garden with a glimpse of Moreton Bay makes for a relaxed, breezy ceremony.
It is a lovely choice if you want the feel of a beach wedding without travelling far from Brisbane.
Including Wynnum, Manly, Cleveland and Victoria Point.
Gold Coast
On the Gold Coast you can choose between the sand and the hinterland: a beach ceremony with your toes in the sand, a headland with ocean views, or somewhere green and quiet in the hills behind the coast.
I am always happy to head down the M1. Depending on your package and exactly where you are marrying, travel may be part of your quote, and I will always tell you up front.
Including Burleigh Heads, Currumbin, Coolangatta, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Southport, Hope Island, Mudgeeraba and Tallebudgera.
Sunshine Coast
The Sunshine Coast gives you beaches and headlands along the coast, and rolling green hinterland views up in the range, both made for a laid-back ceremony.
It is a little further from Brisbane, so travel will usually be part of your quote. I will set it out clearly before you book.
Including Noosa, Coolum, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Maleny and Montville.
Further across South East Queensland
I also travel to couples right across South East Queensland, from backyards in Logan and Ipswich to the mountain views of the Scenic Rim and out west to Toowoomba.
If your spot is not listed here, ask me. I love a road trip for the right ceremony.
