Four simple steps

From first hello to happily ever after

Step 1

Enquire

Send me a message and tell me a little about your plans: your date, your vibe, or simply that you're newly engaged and not sure where to start. I'll reply within a day or two, always warmly and never pushy.

Step 2

Meet

We'll have a relaxed chat over coffee, a wine, or a video call. This is where we get to know each other, I answer all your questions, and we make sure we're the right fit. No obligation, just a lovely conversation.

Step 3

Plan

This is where your private planning portal comes in. You'll answer the questionnaires that shape your ceremony and write your vows, all in your own time. I take it from there and handle the legal paperwork alongside it.

Step 4

Celebrate

The big day! I'll arrive early, set up the PA, calm any nerves, and guide you through every moment with warmth and a steady hand. All you have to do is soak it in together.

When you book, you each get a login to a portal built for exactly this. No shared documents, no lost email threads, no wondering what you were meant to send me.

You each get your own login, so anything you answer or write on your own stays private from your partner. I’m the only other person who can see any of it.

    See exactly where you are: booked, planning, rehearsal, ceremony day, so you always know what happens next and what still needs doing.

    The questions that shape your ceremony, answered over a glass of wine on the couch rather than put on the spot in a meeting.

    Write and rewrite as often as you like. It saves as you type, keeps every version, and tells you how long they will take to read aloud.

  • Paperwork, sorted

    Documents, appointments and outstanding items in one spot, plus a direct message thread with me whenever a question pops up.
