The Process

Seven simple steps

From first hello to happily ever after

Step 1

Enquire

Tell me a little about your plans, your date, your vibe, or simply that you're newly engaged and not sure where to start. I'll reply within a few days with an introduction and information pack.

Step 3

Private portal and questionnaires

This is where your private planning portal comes in. You'll answer the questionnaires that shape your ceremony and start drafting your vows, all in your own time. Questionnaires need to be finished six weeks before the ceremony.

Step 5

Check in

Two to three weeks before your big day, I check in with you both to run through the final details.

Step 6

Celebrate

The big day! I'll arrive early, set up the PA, calm any nerves, and guide you through every moment of your ceremony. All you have to do is soak it in together.

Step 7

After the ceremony

I submit all paperwork to Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM) within 14 days to officially register your marriage. Keep an eye out for an email from BDM about your Official Queensland Marriage Certificate.

When you book, you each get a login to a portal built for exactly this. No shared documents, no lost email threads, no wondering what you were meant to send me.

You each get your own login, so anything you answer or write on your own stays private from your partner. I’m the only other person who can see any of it.

    See exactly where you are: booked, planning, ceremony day, so you always know what happens next and what still needs doing.

  • Questionnaires in your own time

    The questions that shape your ceremony, answered over a glass of wine on the couch rather than put on the spot in a meeting.

  • A private space for your vows

    Write and rewrite as often as you like. It saves as you type, keeps every version, and tells you how long they will take to read aloud.

  • Paperwork, sorted

    Documents, appointments and outstanding items in one spot, plus a direct message thread with me whenever a question pops up.
